Refund Policy: 

 
  • Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the service, no charge, full refund if payment has been made
  • Cancellations 2-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% charge and 50% refund if prepayment has been made
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the booked service or no show, 100% charge no refund
  • We will endeavour to accommodate any changes to bookings depending on availability with no guarantees
  • We recommend full travel insurance to be taken by all guests
  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars

Terms & Conditions: 


Both the Operator and any Agent (including their respective employees, agents, officers and directors) exclude, to the fullest extent possible under law, all and any liability for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct or indirect or consequential, however arising) suffered by the Guest or any person associated with the Guest in relation to the booked activity. All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded. The Operator reserves all rights to cancel any Activity at its discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons: a) waterway, road or weather conditions; b) lack of numbers participating in the Activity; c) unsuitability of Guest(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Guest unsuitable or unfit to participate in the Activity; d) any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the Operator. All Guests agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the Activity from the Operator at all times.

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Secure your preferred travel date by booking early
  • For large group travel a deposit may be required prior to travel
  • No refunds within 24 hours of departure unless the Operator cancels the activity
  • Wine tastings can only be participated by guests over the age of 18 years of age
  • If tours are cancelled due to weather or road closures, we will contact guests as soon as possible and an alternative trip will be offered
  • Refunds may only be obtained from the Booking Agent once the operator has been advised
  • All Guests agree to always adhere to any instructions in relation to the Activity from the Operator
  • The Operator reserves all rights to cancel any Activity at its discretion
  • We do not charge for child booster and baby seats
  • In the event flying does not go ahead due to weather conditions there will be no charge to guests, an alternative day will be offered or a full refund
  • On the day of flying a weather call will be made with guests contacted, should weather cause cancellation of the experience an alternative will be offered or another day.

These terms are subject to rights and remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003.

Onboard Safety Bag

Our vehicles travel through remote and rugged country, this is what it makes it so spectacular. However, there is always the chance, when traversing any wilderness area that a bus can be delayed in getting to its destination due to reasons outside of our control. Our vehicle carries a full emergency first aid and survival kits, allowing us to provide comfort and shelter to our travelers in all contingencies.

First Aid Certificates 

All our drivers hold current First Aid certificates and they know what to do in a medical emergency in a remote area.

The Bus & Coach Association of New Zealand in conjunction with Vehicle Testing New Zealand have developed this grading system to allow operators and the industry to select products in advance with confidence. We have been rated 5 stars. Each vehicle is setup to provide the maximum ride comfort and safety. Our vehicles are regularly inspected, maintained and serviced in our workshops to the highest standards. Vehicles are required to regularly checked the by Vehicle Testing New Zealand Ltd.
